When placing an order with BrillBird Denmark, you will, as soon as the transaction is completed, receive an email confirming the registration of your order. However, this is not your Order Confirmation.
BrillBird Denmark uses GLS and shipping ONLY domestically. Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day from the time you place your order. If your order is placed Friday after 3 PM, it will be shipped the following Monday. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and sms, including a track & trace identification code for you to track your order during transit at https://gls-group.eu/DK/en/parcel-tracking .Is the package content damaged during transit, you must report this to GLS immediately, latest 2 days prior received the goods, and return it to us.
Our customers get FREE Shipping when choosing the Pakkeshop option during checkout and purchasing for 500 DKK or more.
BrillBird Denmark can not be held responsible for damaged goods during transit. We strive to pack our shipment very carefully so this should not occur. BrillBird Denmark cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit. During sale you must anticipate a longer delivery time.
